The desk goes in the opposite direction of the buttons at times

Since I got the desk, it goes in the opposite direct of the buttons at times. I click down and it starts going up. It takes several attempts to get it to go correctly. Is this common? any successes troubleshooting this annoying glitch?

A great buy except...

I vacillated between 4 and 5 stars before opting for 4. This is because the desktop was missing some of the pre-drilled holes it was supposed to have. I had a friend drill them in. Still, I am enjoying the desk, and I&m glad I bought it.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The reason we don&t pre-drill holes in all locations is because our desktops are designed to be compatible with a wide range of frames, and each frame may have different hole patterns. If we were to pre-drill holes for every possible frame, the desktop would end up looking like a Swiss cheese! :cheese_wedge::see_no_evil: So, we&ve made the compromise to only pre-drill holes in common and necessary locations. Sorry again for any confusion!

Functionally works but very poor assembly instructions.

Desk seems to be working ok thus far. The assembly instructions are very poor — multiple mistakes exist, not clear on some portions, and the cable organizer and monitor holder directly conflict with one another. You have to make a choice which to move out of place if you buy both.

I&m sorry that our instruction manual didn&t provide clear installation guidance. We&ve been gradually phasing out paper manuals as the emphasis on them has been decreasing. This is because we&ve created installation videos for each product, and many customers find these videos more intuitive and helpful than manuals. Great, Sturdy Standing Desk at a Low Price

The desk is exactly what I wanted and was under my budget for a standing desk. It&s sturdy, has a good weight, and can hold my two monitors, laptop and additional small desk items without any issue. The walnut color is great and the white body works well with my office color. The lifting/lowering mechanism is surprisingly quick and well-designed. Assembly was easy and took me less than an hour. Highly recommended.

Some issues and rattling, but overall satisfied

Only 1/2 USB charging hubs works, but overall satisfied with the desk otherwise. A little bit of rattling as the desk moves up and down from the cable management add-on but it’s still helpful otherwise.

Great desk for the price

This desk is very sturdy, the mechanisms work great so far and it was much easier to put together than I expected. I was able to put it together myself with no issues. The only thing that frustrated me was that there were holes in the desk that weren&t necessary and then I had to drill holes for other things. Made me worry I was going to ruin the desktop, but all went smoothly.
