Great Desk

Ordered the desk, 30"x48", got the top in 5 days but didn&t get a tracking number for the legs box, contacted FlexiSpot and they got right back to me with the additional number, got the second box two days later. Followed the directions and it only took about an hour to assemble. I see other reviews about holes not aligning up or missing, they all were correct on mine, had to drill three pilot holes for screws, like the directions say, and that was it. Works fine, smooth movement, the adjustable feet were nice due to half of the legs on rug and hard wood floor. Is very sturdy even when standing.

This is a sturdy and beautiful desk. Incredibly happy with my purchase so far. It was a little time consuming to put together, but the results were worth it!

Essential Standing Desk (E2)

This desk is amazing. I wish I had bought one a long time ago. I use this desk in my shop, and the fact that it goes to different heights at the push of a button makes it easier to do work on different projects.
The assembly took a lot of time, and I had to drill some holes to mount the legs to the top, that should have been pre-drilled. Other than the assembly, I love this desk.

Great build on the desk. The electric motor is responsive and smooth. This desk has completely transformed my work from home setup. I&d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to work sitting down or standing up.

A nice balance between price and a wealth of features in a standing desk. We found the right balance for us, and we are very pleased with the end result. The desktop quality in particular was nicer than expected. Very pleased with this purchase.

Motor Bad After One Week

The motor to raise and lower the table has already stopped working. Hopefully FlexiSpot will send me a new one.

We are very sorry for the trouble you experienced. To resolve the issue with your desk, Kindly follow the steps for the reset below.
1st: make sure all the wires are connected properly and the green light on the adapter is on.
2nd: Press and Hold the up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. then, release.
3rd: Press and hold the down button only for 15 seconds or until the desk goes down completely and raises slightly.
Then, Test if the up button is working. I hope this helps. but, If not kindly send us a short video of you doing the instruction above. this will help us identify the problem and find a suitable resolution. You can send us an email to contact@flexispot.com or give us a call at 855-585-5618.

Great Desk! Unclear Instructions

The instructions were a little unclear of how to add the attachment that came separately from the desk (tray, cable management). Also, the pre-drilled holes on the desk did not line up with the attachments or desk control, but that is okay you will just need a drill to install. Overall I got it done and the desk itself is great!

Easy to set up and use

This is our second flexispot desk. Easy to put together, sturdy, looks great! As a shorter person I’d have preferred the desk start at a height of 26”, but I just raised my chair and put a foot stool underneath for better back support. Looks wonderful and I love the bamboo surface—easy to keep clean.
