great little machine

I am impressed with the machines sewing. however, I am one of the ones who took the Styrofoam out of the case too. my granddaughter 11 spent her birthday money to purchase this and it is very easy to use. she's having a blast! I don't want to have to purchase another case for the machine however.

This machine was exactly what I wanted. I’m by no means an advanced seamstress but I enjoy sewing and wanted a machine that could do decorative stitching. The machine is very easy to use and I’ve been very happy with its capabilities thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with the Brother-XR9550 sewing machine. After using an older machine for so long, I feel I've gone to haven. Everything from to all of the stitching to my favorite quilting is so easy. The operation panel was easy to work with the super easy to read instruction book. There is so much I have learned on this on this machine I couldn't do before.

I am truly a beginner and the Brother XR9550 is the perfect machine for me to learn on. It is very easy to set up and I love that all of the stitches are already programmed in so when I'm ready to try another new stitch, it's very simple to find. Since I am so new to this, having an adjustable speed has been so helpful. I anticipate having a lot of fun learning all the fun things I can do now.

Lightweight and comes with a nice cover. Capable doing so many stitches and quilting too! It comes with great instructions and a dvd tutorial.

so far we have just played with it, can't wait to get serious, I just hope that we can get creative enough .

Which are one of a kind items. Having Brothers sewing machine will allow me to be able to add sewing to my creations. Since, being a teenager. I have reconstructed patterns to make popping outfits. Now that I can use various stitches. My items will still be unique. Which I love.
