I absolutely love it✂️✂️ I always bought Singer.after have a poor experience with their customer service I decided to change brands and am I happy I did. The performance of this Brother sewing machine isoutstanding !!

I love my Brother's sewing machine. I started sewing at age 8 and this is one of the easiest machines that I have used. It sews great and has a lot of great features. I is easy for me to take to sewing groups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from a brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I am a novice sewer and was very excited to get this machine and see the functionality of having a machine that is newer and designed to be more functional than what I have used in the past. The set up of the machine is fairly simple and shouldn’t be any trouble for someone with a good basic understanding of sewing machines. The functionality is where the product shines, truly. The number of available stitches is a great feature. It seems to be sturdy and of a good quality build. I’m very happy to have it and would recommend it to others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

wanted a machine with a case making it more
convenient to take with me on the go. what I got was a "case" that does not cover the machine because it does not go all the way down to "cover"
the whole machine. it hangs wobbly over the top and leaves 4-5" open. I was told it's just the way the cover is made. the machine itself is fine but this cover thing has me totally upset !!

We apologize for any inconvenience that the hard case does not come all the way to the bottom of the Brother XR9550. You are able to store or carry the machine through the aligned cutouts in the back of the case/cover. We would recommend supporting the bottom of the sewing machine when carrying the sewing machine. If you would like a different carrying case or bag for your machine, you can contact your nearest Brother Authorized Dealer for more information:
