Wonderful Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product" After many years of using a very old sewing machine, I was beyond delighted to use this for the first time.. I was a little intimidated at first. Once I got the hang of machine, I was able to complete a quilt in 2 days Rather the a week . Great product, Able to do countless different stitches and projects. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE.

Needle threader

Broken after 13 months

The machine was under warranty for 1 year. After owning it for 13 months, it stopped working. I probably used it less than a dozen times before it broke. I’ve been told by several sewing machine repair people that it cannot be fixed, so I am out the entire cost of the machine.

I love this machine. It does a beautiful job and easy to use. I’ve got a Singer that I had nothing but trouble with. This Brother is a breeze. Love it.
