Very nice machine

I bought this Brother after learning to sew on a XM2701 and I loved it. I tried a Singer in between but it was so frustrating to thread and kept jamming that I put it in storage. It is super easy to thread and has so many stitch choices. I will be sticking with Brother as I continue to learn to sew. It is a great value for the money.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I am brand new to sewing. I love the machine and I use the instructions regularly to much are great! I can’t wait to expand my crafting by adding sewing

So far, I'm happy! I'm sure I've only skimmed the top of what this machine can do, but it's delivered on all I've asked it to do thus far! I replaced an early 90's model Singer with this one so this is light years ahead of where I've been! I love how easy it is to use and easy to read instructions (and DVD!). I just want to sew all the time!

My first sewing machine

Hi, I have never sewed with a machine! This is a wonderful machine. It was easy to understand the directions and easy to get the machine working. I made my first Quilt without any problems (except my own learning curve), it is great for beginners but definitely can be right up there with the more costly machines. I love my Brother sewing machine!!!
