Can NOT get it thread machine & can therefore CANT USE. Online videos DO NOT HELP. NOT HAPPY. Was so looking forward to making stuff for granddaughters 😔😔😵

My family and I love everything about our XR9550. The settings are easy to operate and there is a feature for each family member, embroidery for the men and for the ladies. Quilts, Dresses, Curtains, and Table Decor. Good Quality, Much Appreciated.

Love the needle threader on the machine. Had my old machine for 30 years but not getting used to a new different machine. Very lightweight and easy to move around

Fun and easy machine to use!

The machine is really very easy to use. The variety and number of available stitches are a lot of fun. The self threader takes a little time to master. The interior of the cover is just a piece of styrofoam and I was a little disappointed with that after the quality of the rest of the machine.

Needle Threader and more.

I bought the Brother XR9550 and not satisfied at all. The needle threader has not worked since I unboxed it and plug it in. The throat is way to small to do anything. Also, I didn't know this was a refurbished machine until I contacted Brother support. I am now getting in touch with customer for a refund. Also, the web site sucks.
