I would truly love this machine if the needle adjustment worked. I have to set my dial all the way to the left for the needle to be in the center. I have emailed Singer with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. The way it does not hesitate going over denim seams and hems is amazing. I never thought I would want a heavy duty machine, but this is the best. The only thing I did not receive was the needle threader. As my eyes are getting older, this would be an asset.

If you're looking for a reliable non-digital machine- this is perfect. I needed a heavy-duty machine as I sew everything from clothing and curtains to costumes and toys. Plus I like to hand embroider and have no need for digital stitching. This machine has everything I need plus a few extras and it's top quality! Also- a great price for anyone!
