Had to download and print the assembly instructions but were easy to follow.
The roman chair seems sturdy and durable. Looking forward to strengthening and fixing my back issues.

Love it for decompression and hamstring stretch

I love it! Only wish I bought one 10yrs ago. I’ve got chronic pain from degeneration,scoliosis and DISH. Inversion and years of PT did nothing but cost me a fortune. It’s a solid unit and feels like it can take a beating.
