Underwhelming

Assembly was easy even though zero paperwork showed up with it. Weight limit for the dips is 250lbs I'm 200 and the handles bent . Works ok for the back ext but needs another l bracket to make it a little bit higher

I love it! Only wish I bought one 10yrs ago. I’ve got chronic pain from degeneration,scoliosis and DISH. Inversion and years of PT did nothing but cost me a fortune. It’s a solid unit and feels like it can take a beating.

Had to download and print the assembly instructions but were easy to follow.

Good for back pain, can fit most places, pretty stable, good buy

very good, pretty stable when doin back extension and no problem when doing back extensions with weight. wish it was just as stable when doing dips
Great for back pain if doing isometric holds, about 8 inch max height when collapsed.
