Really like this inversion traction table. . . . Does exactly what it says. I can really feel the difference in my lower back after being on it. It didn't take long for my husband to assemble it and he did without issue. Might take a bit to get into the best position figuring out feet position and where to lay on the table but once you do it works and feels great.
