The bench could use a lumbar bump, for the natural curvature of the spine in the low back. Could also have a headrest with a neck support for the curvature of the neck.
It does stretch out the body, assembly was a bit of a challenge but we got it put together. Maybe include assembly instructions moving forward. Or a video on your website showing how. But we are enjoying it!
I suffer from 3 degenerative discs, 2 bulging discs, one herniated disc and bad sciatic pain. I’ve been hospitalized twice because I couldn’t stand. So I was desperate. I ordered this exact model, used it early on Saturday morning for about 5-10 minutes. I would turn the wheel for more tension about every minute or so to feel the stretch. Then immediately iced my back right after for about 15-20 minutes. The next day was the first day in 15 years that I lived without back pain. Best purchase I’ve made for my back treatment so far and that’s saying something because if you saw the absolute arsenal of back pain relief gadgets I have, you’d be blown away lol. For reference, I’m 6’1 at 290 lbs.
If the lower-floor model needs the castor support where your ankles go. Why doesn't the taller model have some type of support? The little extension wheel is hard to operate and does not have enough travel to get a good extension for my back.
