Had the case for about 2 weeks now and very pleased with it had the life proof before and although they are made by the same company i find the otterbox better equiped for the enviroment i work in ( building site )

I have been purchasing Otter Box for years. I purchase phones and pads for our employees out in the field and Otter Box is the only product I'll use(and we only drive Fords) If you value your phones than you should protect them with tempered glass and Otter Box!!

I bought this a few weeks ago. Not what I expected for the otter box defender. The inner case was ok/satisfactory, but could be improved upon. The outer case needs to be thicker for more protection like the older models. Until I find something else that protects my phone better than the otter box defender I’ll have to keep buying this and hope that it protects my phone adequately. Disappointed in the decline of the quality of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to figure out how to take apart the case. There are several pieces. After I placed the phone securely, was amazed how well made it was. Came with an accessory to clip and also be used to prop the phone up for viewing.

I have always bought otter boxes and have never had an I phone break in one. In fact when I have come to trade in my old phone, shops cannot believe I have had it for two years it’s in such good condition- due solely to the otter case. However all my old cases had a front screen protector- this one doesn’t do had to buy a glass screen - that’s why I can only give four stars - for the price this should be included.
