This is my 4th Otterbox defender I’ve purchased. Wouldn’t have any other. Protects my phone (which has been dropped a couple of times), easy to carry with the clip, since I’m in and out of my truck all day. Keeps my hands free while checking in an out of shippers and receivers, so I don’t have to fish around a pocket trying to get my phone.
Staff on phone are friendly and knowledgeable about their product. No. Problem getting exactly what I needed, especially since I ordered the wrong holder at first.
Definitely would recommend this product to anyone

We're sorry to hear you're having such trouble with the Defender Series Holster. Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you attempting to use the piece with the rest of the Defender Series Case? That's definitely the only way it would work.
If that's not the issue, perhaps there is a mismatch between case and device. This specific holster (and the Defender Series Case it works with) is for use with either the iPhone X or the iPhone Xs. If you have a model other than one of these two then that would explain things.

I like the otter box defender but now I can’t used it for the camera because the otter case cover gets scratched from just putting it down and picking it up can I get a new back cover so I can use otter box again? Bad design for camera eye cover to easy to scratch! Can you help me out?
