I am glad that I can mail order the holster directly ! Before I always ended up buying a new complete set. Even when I would get Otterbox to replace the holster, you made difficult. Your actual phone case is top notch. I wouldn’t give you a “C” on your holder ! It breaks way too easily. You needed to fire your holster design team and find a new team !

When I purchased my iPhone 11 I instantly purchased an Otter Box to protect it. I had an OtterBox on my first iPhone and I knew from my experience that I would not be let down. Thank God that they make the OtterBox it is saved from having to replace my phone time and time again.
I bought the wrong size and tires to return it, but due to COVID they say they are running behind on returns. It’s been three months and nothing! Very disappointed. Inyhiught Otter box has a better reputation than this.
