This is my 3rd purchase of a defender case. My two complaints are: it's screenless and the alpha glass doesn't go all the way to the edges of the case. I'm still pleased with my purchase however, I'm just picky and very OCD!

I purchased the case a month ago with the corresponding purchase of a new iPhone X. There were not a lot of choices out there for iPhone X yet but I am very happy with the Otter. I carry it on my belt and find it a little awkward to get it snapped in, especially when wearing a coat. Other than that, it is great.

Used ya since first iPhone years back. I have your cases on both iPads and switched to the iPhone X. I was worried that even the Otter met it's match. After reading many reviews I was delighted to find that it not only protects but allows wireless charging to pass through. So again thanks for looking out for the people that really use there devices in the real world.

Love the protection, but gets discolored real quic

I bought the gray / blue case on March 17. I have owed almost every defender case through the years. They have protected my iPhone through so many drops I don’t think I could ever use a different case. My only problem with this years case is two things. First problem is I’ve take the phone out 3 times and the rubber outside is already loose (I understand that through time this will happen but it seems to of happened faster this year). Secondly I love the gray and usually is my color of choice. Again though this year from just putting the phone in/out of my pocket there is now a few red fade marks and a lot of wear and tear marks. I’ve never dropped this phone (yet) so it’s all from putting it in your pockets. But is that’s the price of owning this color and knowing I have the ultimate protection I’ll live with it. Again this case is awesome and worth the price, and if you get a darker color I bet you won’t notice the wear and tear. Hands down the best case for your iPhone X.
