Good case but perfetion in fitting required

It is a good case and protective as well but the case that I received looks to be loose on the sides mainly near the power button when ever i touch the core of the hard plastic near the power button it looks to be loose and not firmly fitted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since when does an otterbox not come with a screen protector. iPhone X otterbox needs improvement and needs to be redesigned to have a screen protector.

We intentionally decided to forego the built-in screen protector on this series in order to allow customers full, uninterrupted access to the uniquely curved touchscreen. An integrated screen protector could cause hindrance, especially around the edges of the screen, which was a frustrating experience that we did not want to put our customers through. I purchased this item on November 3 so I can how is my new iPhone X I purchased two of them for both of my phones I am about a week and a half in and the case is falling apart I believe the glue that was used on the plastic to cover the Apple logo poorly designed once that came off so did the rest of the case started to stretch and not hold the phone properly I also purchased their screen protector which was horrible but at least stayed went and replaced it for me I would recommend you guys wait until The trial period is over and they can I guess make him a little bit better than they are remember they tried to push them out as quick as they can hope this comment really helps
