Our apologies about any confusion surrounding our screenless approach to the iPhone X Defender! We expected that our traditional built-in screen protector might cause a significant amount of hindrance when placed over the new, beautifully curved touchscreen. In order to bypass this frustrating experience for our customers, we decided to go a different direction on the newer Defender series. We might suggest checking out a tempered glass screen protector, such as our Alpha Glass, to add an extra layer of security on your screen. Needs better instructions on how to open and install phone into case. I had to go on line, and find a self made video on how to open the case and install the phone in the case.

We didn't want to cover up the brilliantly curved display, and in order to provide full access to the rounded edges, we decided to forego the Defender's traditional screen protector. If your heart is set on extra screen security, we would recommend the Alpha Glass screen protector, which can adhere to the screen separately and provide a flawless experience with the device! Good sturdy case but it seems that you cannot charge the phone on wireless charger with case on. The case is hard to remove so makes it awkward for this type of charging.
