Not bad, could use some refinements

Its great that it is entirely stainless steel ( the bean container that comes with it has a lid of plastic though). I like the measurement lines on the interior, which is helpful. What I dont like so much is that pushing the plunger down is rather rough and seems to scratch the interior. The exterior with its shiny reflective surface has a modern appearance, but shows fingerprints, water spots and grease very readily. I would prefer if it were mat or brushed, or textured in some way. The handle is smooth to touch, which looks cool, but can be slippery. I actually prefer my Starbucks coffee press (shown), which has a brushed surface, exterior interest/texture and a comfortable wood handle, except that the plunger has plastic.

This coffee press is the cat's meow and you'll be purring once you experience the smooth and full taste of the coffee from this press.

Nice, but destined to fail quickly.

20 oz. coffee press works great at first, but the dimensions of the plunger's stem and the two threaded parts that screw onto it are wrong, such that the threads strip after as few as a half dozen uses as the other reviews also mention. One _could_ file down the two interfering surfaces to allow the threads to engage more, but really, shouldn't that have been fixed by the second manufacturing run? (Oh, and of course, no replacement parts offered for sale here....)
