Injury to right hand

My new otterbox case has caused blisters on my hand and is defective now. The ribbing on the side of the case has rubbed my hand raw and put a permanent knot on it. I tried to remove the rib and smooth out the sides with no luck. I need a replacement case that does not injure my hand, please.

Otterbox provides a great case that protects my iPhone investment. Unfortunately, nothing is perfect. My iPhone recently fell out of my jacket pocket and hit the edge of a counter right at the edge of my iPhone screen and the edge of the Otterbox case. Sadly, there is now a "spider" crack at the edge of the screen (my first screen crack after many years of iPhone usage). Despite this event, I will continue to purchase Otterbox cases due to so many other incidents where my iPhone has dislodged from the belt holster or I simply dropped it.

I didn’t realize that the Otterbox does not have any protection for the glass. The last one I bought did, so I’m not real satisfied with this new one.

Every Iphone I have ever purchased was immediately put into an otterbox defender. I have always been more than satisfied with the protection these cases have provided. That is why when I purchased my new IPhone 14 pro max, i also purchased a new otterbox for it. However, none of the side buttons work when it is in this case. As soon as I take it off, they work fine. I’m regretting wasting my money

It’s hard to get the phone into the holster and it’s also hard to keep the phone from popping out of the holster. The case is rugged and fits the iPhone well.
