Warranty

I’ve always used otter box cases or lifeproof, and I bought one for my new iPhone 14th max one small drop on the carpet from the dog knocking it off the the couch and the case is already broken! But I can’t do a warranty for it when I try the iPhone 14, pro, and pro max don’t even show up!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have always owned otterbox cases for years with each new upgrade/ generation of iPhone. This exact style and brand is the only one I will ever own simply because it does what it’s made to do. iPhone’s can be expensive which is why I want my case to protect it without the phone getting shattered and needing to be replaced. I drop my phone like crazy, everywhere imaginable and nothing has happened to it yet…knock on wood. The only problem I have is the color choices, they are manly and the same colors year after year. I want pink and so do a lot of girls out there or at least something vibrant and fun, the company is missing out on business and could be profiting so much more than what they already are. Just give in and give the people what they want and you will benefit the rewards. Other brands are more popular simply because of that reason. Girls want something cute and so the cheap ones that you can customize or that break easily is what they lean towards even if it hurts their phone in the end. I’m telling you if you take any advice this would be it, watch the sells immediately skyrocket. The girls want pink and have been saying it for years.

iPhone Defender Pro 14 Max case

This is my 3rd or 4th case now that I’ve bought from Otter Box. This one fits better than my last one which was for a iPhone 12. Which I felt never fit as tight as this one. I have always bought Defenders for my phones. The early ones fit tighter than the iPhone 12. Maybe I just got a one which didn’t fit as tight. I’ve dropped all my phones and they all have protected them without a problem. Shame they don’t include the screen protectors anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this case for my daughter. She is super clumsy and tends to drop her phone. Well she dropped her phone while having the case on it and nothing was damaged or broken. Went out and bought a few more cases for everyone else’s phone in the house

Good case but started falling apart first cleaning

This case has been very good at protecting my phone from falling and getting physically damaged and does a good job keeping the dust out. My only concern is the first time I took it apart to clean it I used a paper towel and rubbing alcohol and the foam backing on the inside of the hard shell started to bubble and crumble off. After reading it is ok to clean the case with alcohol it kinda sucks that it’s already falling apart.

I always buy defender pros to protect my iPhones, but the iPhone 14 promax case will not let me charge wirelessly. If you don’t want to plug your phone in every time you charge, it don’t buy this case.

Charging is tricky

Defender case is excellent as usual but without the MagSafe magnet it is tricky getting it positioned properly to enable an iPhone 14 pro max to begin charging.
