First time I’ve been disappointed with any of your products. The case holster was constantly dropping the phone on the ground, floor, concrete. Very weak connector on holster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered it as a gift and was sent a wrong color first. That was very disappointing. They had excellent customer service so they sent a new one. But I can’t really rate the product itself because my friend doesn’t have it yet. Generally, I like otter products so I would expect this one to work ok.

Getting on the highway I heard something fall off the roof around 50 mph, then the music stopped. I pulled over and ran back to where I heard it happen. The case saved my phone. I have used Otterbox since my first iPhone, the 4s.
