Just bought my iPhone and literally wouldn’t use it until I got my otterbox! Already would have probably shattered my screen at least 4 times but not with my otterbox on!
My ex ordered me a new phone and new case we always use the Defender case Never broke a phone yet And as a Lady Truck Driver I’ve dropped it a few times
I’am from Brazil and it came in 3 days!!! So happy with my purchase! It’s the best case ever! Only use Otterbox case!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as sturdy as it claims

I’ve had this case on my iPhone 12 Pro max for less than a year. The rubber is peeling off the back, and it is already cracked on one side. I expected more for the heftily price tag. Not sure I’ll buy another otter box.

Poor Quality Product

My order number is 10834838. I placed my ordered for the iPhone 12 Pro Max Defender Series Pro Case from Otterbox on the 03rd August 2021, Tuesday, and received the item on 06th August, Friday.
Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the rubber cushion from the inner plastic cover was scratched all over the area pretty badly! There was even crisp of rubber fallen from the cushion all over the place!
I am really disappointed with your product! It was such a let down with such a reputable brand despite my first purchase! I cannot accept this kind of product and I request for a full refund!

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase. The case is very sturdy, yet sleek. It is drop tested at a high level, and seems to be made of material that will not wear out anytime soon. This is arguably the best case I have ever bought in my history with smart phones.
I only use the OTTER Box Defender cases on my phones, I have tried other brand of cases but always been disappointed. If you don't use the OTTER your phone is in danger.
Says it is wireless charger compatible, but did not work with either of my chargers.

Although we are not able to test with every wireless charger out there, the ones we did tests with showed successful results.
