Terrible Product

My unit stopped after 2 years. During that time, it was used for a total of two summers only. The company could care less. BEWARE.

Doesn't do what I bought it for

What it does well - Removes an incredible amount of moisture from the air. I have it in an unfinished basement and it consistently keeps the humidity low. The app controls it, it makes controlling it from afar super easy.
What it does not do - continuous draining simply does not work. No clogs, no impediments. When a hose is connected to the continuous drain plug, it will not drain there. It will always go to the bucket. I bought it specifically so I could set it and forget it. However, every 12 hours or so I have to drain the bucket. A total first world problem. As long as you're fine with continuous draining not working, then it's a good purchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Removes a shocking amount of water from the air. Nice soothing hum with 2 speeds. Dried the carpets in a room after shampooing within 3-4 hours. Got the humidity down to 38%. It'll be 90%+ humidity outside and below 50% in our house. Definitely will purchase again. Way more cost effective than a whole home dehumidifier and without cutting into your ceiling.

Good choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set up the machine in my fathers basement after having mold remediation performed. It was very easy to set up and after 5 hours had reduced the moisture level from 55 to 47. The motor is very quite. I made the correct decision by purchasing a Homelab product.
