Works as advertised.

So far so good. I use it in my detached workshop and it keeps the humidity levels down real low so my tools wont rust. This is my second one from HomeLabs. The first one broke just after warranty expired so they wouldnt replace or fix it, but did offer me a discount on a new one. So far this works as advertised.

Product came very quickly and as described! Its worked great. The timer setting is very useful. Tank is large and does not need to be emptied constantly. Im very glad we bought this product! I think it is quite energy efficient, we did not notice a significant jump in our electric bill while using it daily over the summer.

I've only used it for a week but it performs as promoted. It seems quieter than other brands of dehumidifiers I have used in the past. Consumer Reports rated this unit very high.

Quiet operation

Very quiet. We no longer hear it running in the basement. Set up instructions were easy to follow. Also like the easy access for a drain hose.
