nice ear buds the noise canceling works well i can hear my music when i mow, the sound quality is good, and they don't bother my ears when i wear them for long periods.

good sound quality, terrible noise cancelling

Got these a couple months ago. The sound quality is great, they fit comfortably, and they last an incredibly long time. However, the noise cancelling is terrible. it crisps up outside noise, and sometimes makes it louder to the point it hurts my ears even if Ambient Aware isn’t active. I can still hear through the noise cancelling really clearly, but i’m unsure if I just got a faulty pair.

We appreciate your feedback with our JBL Endurance Race 2. Please ensure you have an airtight seal by angling the earbud downward and gently twisting it into place. We also recommend trying all the included ear tip sizes to find the best fit, as achieving a proper seal significantly improves noise cancellation. Additionally, it is not normal for outside noise to become louder when Ambient Aware is turned off. Please try performing a factory reset. Take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth devices. Press either the left or right earbud two (2) times, then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put both earbuds back inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and try pairing them again with your device to see if it fixes the issue.
