Worst ever

The worst ever. Absolute trash. Very low volume, I cant hear anything. And yes my ears are clean

Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Endurance Race 2 TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control by checking the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone App. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If the troubleshooting steps do not work, please contact our customer support.

Painful to Wear, Difficult to Use!

Painful to wear, no matter which covers are used. Plenty of connection issues. Difficult to connect the first time. Controls don't always affect the phone's actions: press to answer does not always answer calls, press to pause does not always pause what is playing.

1 earbud not charging

Pretty disappointing overall.

I got these as a replacement for my Reflect Aero earbuds. They are heavier and the wings are smaller, so they do not lock in as well, and feel like they're about to fall out. The noise cancelling is barely OK (it was good with my Reflect Aeros at first but then slowly weakened to non-existence), so that was a disappointment. I just hope the batteries last because I've gone through 3 pairs of JBL running earbuds and each time they lasted a year or two before the batteries would no longer hold a charge. I was hoping for improvements with this new model, but am quite disappointed. Good thing I got them at a discount!
