Another hit for JBL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These things sound absolutely great! Classic, amazing JBL sound, as usual. Battery life seems to be about as advertised, from both the earphones themselves, and the storage/charging case. Calls are crystal clear on both sides, and gestures work appropriately. The package includes multiple sizes of covers/tips, so fit shouldn't be a problem for anyone. You'll want to grab the app, so that you have full control. I'm not super impressed with the noise cancelling, but I really never have been on any product that claims it. The buds stay in your ears until you're ready to remove them, I was simply unable to shake them loose, no matter what I did, even doing my best Keith Moon impression. The JBL Endurance Race 2 is another hit for JBL, you'll have great difficulty finding anything more impressive at their price point!

Comfort with great sound and long battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best fitting workout noise canceling earbuds I have had. They stayed in my ear, comfortably. The sports mode form the JBL headphones app was helpful to set my workout mood. Battery life is excellent. Overall very durable, great sound and comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad fit

Thinking about selling then because they just do not fit my ears well. They want to fall out, and the are meant for sports...

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race 2 earbuds come with three sizes of eartips and one enhancer to help you achieve a comfortable fit. Please select the size that best suits you. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.

These headphones SUCK.

These looked great on paper, but I honestly have nothing good to say about these. Despite the “ear lock technology” garbage, if anything touches these, they will come out of your ears. If anything sweaty touches them, they’ll pause/turn on voice command/ switch song. They are CONSTANTLY on and trying to connect from the charging case, thereby draining the charger stupidly fast. And worst of all, they sound like trash.

Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Endurance Race 2 TWS, typically, the two earpieces should connect without any problems. However, wireless interference can sometimes disrupt their connection. To manually pair the earpieces and see if this resolves the issue, begin by forgetting or unpairing the headphones on your device. Then, manually pair the earpieces by placing both earbuds inside the charging case. Pair the headphones with your device again to check if this solves the problem. If not, proceed to reset the earpieces and then manually re-pair them. A reset can often resolve issues, similar to how restarting a computer or phone can solve many problems. Please note that resetting will erase all previous settings and pairings, so you will need to pair your unit with your devices again. To reset, remove both earbuds from the charging case, tap each earbud twice, then tap and hold for 5 seconds. After resetting, manually pair the earpieces together again by following the initial steps because the reset process does not automatically pair them; it only clears previous settings and resets the internal processor. Finally, pair the earbuds with your source device. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these earbuds while working out and listening to music while at work in the office. They're really comfortable for long use, and I like that they come with a rubber piece that touches your ear so it doesn't feel like hard plastic. The soft loop on the headphones fits perfectly in the ear and secures the earbuds. I didn't have any problems with them falling off. I also like that they have a noise-canceling feature, and it worked great in noisy places. Overall, these headphones do what they are intended for: outdoor activities or workouts. They're comfortable, have great noise cancellation, and the music quality is well-balanced with good bass. Great workout headphones or for office use on calls.

Great for music, decent for calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited for these when they came in, dust and waterproof?! The audio on these for music was great..love the active noise cancelation, it did a good job at cutting out the outside stuff. The 4 stars is due to the calling. I called a few different people, different days, times, and locations and each call had several moments where the other person could hear me. Not a deal breaker, I plan to use these 99% of the time while mowing or outside work, so it will be mostly for music.
