This is an excellent non-stick pan, and I'm very picky when it comes to pans. It's a nice weight, pretty design and most importantly eggs don't stick. I'm going to replace more of my pans with Alva because they work and are free of forever chemicals.

Haven't used it yet, not sure best way to wash it and how to season it, also what to put in the pan when cooking eggs so they don't stick.
