I purchased the Ibuki purifier in November 2022 and started having issues with a ticking sound coming out of it. I reached out to customer service & they immediately worked with me & sent out a replacement! Aside from the outstanding customer service, the air in my house has felt so clean and breathable. You will not be disappointed!

Makes a difference

I just bought this because I suffer from allergies and I get stuffy at night especially. As soon as I walked back in to my room a few hours later I felt the difference in air quality.

I bought 3 Ibuki air purifiers for my mobile home. As a whole my allergies have improved after only a week. We are smokers and the lingering smoke is non-existent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Air purifier works excellent

I just recieved my miko- Ibuki and plugged it in for about 30 min and before that all 3 of my kids noses were stuffed up after using this product for the 30 minutes and all there noses where unclogged just that fast so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have been using it for a few month now and we love it! It’s a great size and it works amazing. You can feel it in the air. I bought one for each bedroom and I’m glad I did. =)
