I purchased this air purifier and I love it but once the filter needed replacing couldn’t find the re-set button! Tried everything, it’s probably really simple

Stopped working after 3 months will not turn on!

Fan making loud clicking noise

Fan is making loud clicking noise after just one night of use. Just received this item in the mail recently and am hoping to get a replacement so I can enjoy the product.

Conveniently right outside of their warranty, device begins to make noises while operating that are loud and intolerable. Do NOT recommend. Look elsewhere. Have seen this issue statrd other places online we well.

Doesn't Last

I bought this unit last year. I have been pleased with how it has worked for my allergies, however, this morning the fan stopped working. I called support, but I'm 11 days out of warranty, so they will not replace. And of course you can't but a replacement part to fix it either. Probably better off going with a less expensive unit that is easier, financially, to replace.
