I purchased the Ibuki purifier in November 2022 and started having issues with a ticking sound coming out of it. I reached out to customer service & they immediately worked with me & sent out a replacement! Aside from the outstanding customer service, the air in my house has felt so clean and breathable. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter s gift to us

My daughter got us this gift. We have issues with the air and health. Well we love the unit but it did not last a month and the filter stopped working. I went to look at why it stopped and the filter fell apart on me. I had to get new ones and same issues but not even a few days this time. It is great when it works. I wish it got replaced and I recieved filters for money spent but never works.
