Almost perfect

I love using this wireless massage pillow. It has several settings for pain relief. It feels great placed behind my lower back while at a desk chair, so if you work long hours at the computer, or just have lower back pain in general this would be amazing. My only complaint would be that the fabric layer covering the massage rollers is rather thin. Meaning that it's not comfortable enough to place under my neck unless I put a blanket over it to add a thicker layer between my neck and the rollers. Other than that, I wish I knew sooner how great a massage cushion could be. Very relaxing!

Upscale massager

This massager is really nice and I was initially impressed with the look/quality and special touches it had on it like the leather snap charger cover. But more important is that it also works and feels good. The combination of shiatsu and percussion is nice. The controls are easy to operate and I like that you have different mode options depending on what you want. Came with a good manual and quick start guide.That it is rechargeable and I can use it without it being plugged in is very convenient. I got it for myself but it came nicely presented and would make a cool gift.

Could use some improvements

I'm sure we've all used all sorts of massage pillows, but this is definitely the first wireless one I've tried. It's also definitely the most luxuriously soft massage pillow I've ever tried. The memory foam feels so nice and high quality.But everything else needs some improvements. The shape isn't accommodating to any part of the back. But the percussion is probably the worst thing. It's painful and obnoxiously loud, it just makes things worse if you have soreness anywhere. And because the memory foam is thick, you can't really feel the heat from the rollers. Charging also takes quite a while. Overall, I think the product has potential, but it needs to make improvements on the massage modes.

Massage and heat

Wow this has massage and heat and can take it anywhere untethered by cords. I love a deep massage and this pillow gives one. You can use it on your neck but can also use it anywhere you can rest a part of your body onto a pillow. With 4 hours of battery life you can just about get through a one way trip across the country. It has multi-levels of heat which is nice. It also has a routine of massage that keeps changing.
