Great product and customer service

I ordered 2 of these for children's room. 1 of the 2 was very loud and had a broken piece in the fan. I called Mike customer service and the were amazing. They sent me a new one out that same day. I am very happy with the quality of the product. I love the added feature of the oil infuser. Would buy again

Your Home NEEDS this!

So satisfied with this purifier that I bought another! I was moving it from room to room. Easy assembly & was up and working in minutes. Nothing better than clean air to breathe. A big plus is the fragrance option on top of unit. Love it !

Been using the device for 2 weeks now. Works great so far. I leave it on the second can speed. This creates enough noise in my bedroom to count as white noise to help me sleep.My only complaint is with the twist off cover that houses the filter. For whatever reason it locked when I put it back and I can't get it to twist open again. I unscrewed the cover and will be able to access the filter that way.

Stands up to wildfire smoke

I live in Oregon and we have had wildfire smoke since June. This air purifier has kept my apartment free of the smell all summer.It is light and easy to carry to my bedroom at night. I think it's pretty quiet even on high. It is so quiet on low you have to listen to see if it's running.Replacement filters are a bit spendy. The order page has a subscribe and save option but it isn't actually available. I'm going to give generic filters a try and if they work as well as the original, I will post an update.
