Pretty loud on highest setting, but does the job.

I like this air purifier. I have it running in the bedroom during the day at the highest setting and at night on medium or low because the highest setting is too loud for sleeping.Excellent customer service!!! Received a defective unit at first and got a replacement right away as well as a complementary filter.The oil diffuser doesn't do anything.But that's just a gimmick and doesn't help purify the air.Over all would definitely buy again.

This purifier is a great purchase. It’s quiet, we’ll priced and really gets the job done. Will probably buy a second one for our downstairs floor. So glad we bought this.

Can't find a replacement filter

It actually works!

Not only does this product efficiently remove smoke and odors from my small apartment, the customer service support is excellent. They are in the process of sending me a free new filter just because I'm so pretty. jk. (I'm 73.5 yrs old and wrinkled and flabby.)
