Can't find a replacement filter

This air purifier has been great. The only problem I have is now that it is time to change the filter, I cannot find a replacement.

It actually works!

Not only does this product efficiently remove smoke and odors from my small apartment, the customer service support is excellent. They are in the process of sending me a free new filter just because I'm so pretty. jk. (I'm 73.5 yrs old and wrinkled and flabby.)

Cleared the house of wildfire smoke

Bought this because of the wildfire smoke in the area. This performed perfectly for what I needed. Cleared the smell out of the house and my air was fresh after only a little while. The unit was quiet at night with just a low hum and I woke in the morning to fresh air not smoke smell. Very glad I purchased.
