Some features don’t work

I changed out the filter and I’m unable to turn off the change filter light And I have followed the instructions. Very frustrating.

Just recently got the product. Registering it will come back and leave a review later. I purchased this product only because my children has been complaining about dry throat, stuffy nose when they wake up in the morning.
