[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the number of settings I can put this iron on and the ease of usage. I like that it has an all metal finish and isn’t coated with anything that will peel and make ironing clothes messy. I like the fact that it releases quite a bit of steam when using that setting and wrinkles are removed quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using this Classic Traditional Steam Iron it has 7 different settings. The heavy duty aluminum soleplate helps with the more tougher wrinkles. I like the feel of this iron easy to use and auto shuts off when away for a few.

Classic but not the original

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the simplicity of the Black and Decker "The Classic" Traditional Steam Iron. The settings are basic and easy to follow. It is heavy but since I don't have a lot to iron it is bearable. I also noticed that it glided over some clothes like my work shirts but not others like my skirts. Also I found the auto shutoff frustrating because by the time I'd adjust the item I would be ironing it had shutoff and I'd have to wait for it to heat back up. Not that auto shutoff is a bad thing but 30 seconds? Not sure at this point if I will keep using this one or the one I was using before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new, retro-looking iron that any man or woman would love to have. It is a quality iron with all the things you need to make your clothing look smooth. "The Classic" Black & Decker iron is a traditional steam iron with a heavy aluminum base and soleplate, easy fill water tank and moreover, does not drip. I especially like the safety feature of an automatic shutoff in case you forget to turn it off while on the run. There is no need to buy a more expensive iron when this one fits the bill so admirably. Pick one up when you need a new iron!
