A necessity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum sealing system is a necessity for me.
Since covid I don’t shop as much anymore so when I do shop I buy a lot. With this machine I can seal my meat or whatever and keep them better, fresher and thus less wasting food and money. I also freeze my leftovers so I will now be vacuum sealing them before freeze it.
I especially like this for cheese, usually my cheese get moldy and funky before I finish using it, well not anymore. I will know vacuum seal a portion I’m not using.
The best part for me about this machine is the sealing feature as I can reseal my chips and snacks which will then keep them fresher longer.
The only thing I don’t like about this machine is before vacuum sealing meats and foods, you need to pre-freeze the meat and you need to pre-cook the veggies which makes no sense to me.
Otherwise it’s okay.

Doesn’t vacuum all the air out

Will be returning. I believe this is a good brand we have now tried two models for fish and deer,elk,ducks and turkeys we have a fm5400 and the new vs2150 the 5400 ok 2150 my be good for kids school snacks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much less waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My household does not eat a ton of food and when I cook there are always leftovers. It hurts me, but throwing out food is so normal in my house because we take forever to go through food and it goes bad. This is truly a food saver. The only thing I dont like it by having it, that means I have to find a place for one more item in my cabinets, but it isn't terrible.

It makes perfect sense and is so necessary to preserve food with today's food prices on the rise. I love that I can freeze or refrigerate or even store on the shelf the foods I preserve.
