Good Electric knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good electric knife and decide to give The Oster electric knife a shot. I liked that it was easy to assemble. The knife blade looks sturdy and durable. The first time I tried it, while making food for a house party. I used it to carve chicken. The first thing I liked, that it doesn’t produce loud noise, which I was afraid it will. Secondly, I was happy that I could do carving at home like professional chefs. I liked the decent carving results I got from this knife, but I had to do it slowly because didn’t want to mess it up. It comes with a carving fork and storage case. The storage case made it easy to store it safely, when not in use. It met my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Knife. I first used thr knife when I was trying to make some homemade fries. It cut through the potatoes with ease. Plus it cut my time in half. I can't wait to use the knife for Thanksgiving Turkey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new Oster electric knife that came with a carving fork and case. It slices through meat very well and is easy to clean after use. I also like that the knife is more modern and comes in different colors to match your kitchen decor.

Nice features, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oster Electric Carving knife has some very nice features. I like that the power button is on the underside of the unit. This makes it very easy to get a good grip on the unit while keeping the button pressed. It has “feet” to keep it balanced when sitting on the counter between uses. This is nice for keeping it from rolling around and keeps it secure. The knife blade eject button is on the top of the unit, it is easy to press for a quick release of the blades for cleaning & storage. The blades fit nice and securely into the unit. The blade is very sharp and works great. It comes with a nice sharp heavy duty meat fork, the perfect companion for slicing meat anytime. I also like that the cord is a good length and worked perfect for the distance of my plug, nothing worse than a short cord. I like the carry case that all the pieces fit nicely into for storage, so much nicer than having to store it in the box. It has a plastic insert which can be removed if you prefer. Overall, I am happy with the Oster Electric Carving knife, its quality and ease of use.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with this set. Great quality. I really like that I can store the knife and fork in it's own case, so that it will stay clean. I cut a lot of my own meats to package in the freezer when it's on sale. This knife has made cutting a pork loin into butterfly chops, so much easier and faster. It slices up a ham in no time. I have no doubt that this product should last a good while.

Oster Is NOT What it Used To Be

Model FPSTEK2020. Purchased to replace a knife my parents used and passed on from 30-40 years ago. THAT KNIFE well engineered and never was dangerous and performed wvery well. Our new knife flexes and will drop blade when used. Also when you put you finger on power button.(blade release is directly over the switch button) You often end up releasing the blade. DID ANYONE DO A FIT AND FUNCTION ANALYSIS, MUCH LESS TEST IT. REALY??.
³ DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S NOT SAFE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
