It sucks, waste of money

The blade doesn't stay in the chassis. Can't find any instruction manual to trouble shoot.

poor knife

It is poorly designed as stated in prior reviews. The ejection is on top and you keep hitting it as you try to hold in the on button located on the bottom. The ham also went through between the blades. Sure not like my old one.

Poorly designed

Unless you have small dainty hands don't buy this thing. The on/off switch is set into an area on the underside that's smaller than a fingertip and the blade release is where you need to put your thumb to get the leverage to push in the on button which stops the knife operation. When the blades move it will cut.

Piece of Junk

Bought this the day before Thanksgiving. Used it to cut the turkey. It stopped working halfway through. Motor runs but knifes won't move to slice. Waste of my money.

Poor Design

As almost everybody else here has said, the button to release the blades is on top right where you'd naturally hold when using it. The actual power button is awkwardly underneath. Besides that, on my second use of the knife, one of the blades is jammed into the knife and I cannot remove it.

I replaced a 47 year old knife with your product. So disappointed. It does no slice....it only chews up the meat.

My sister purchased this as a gift for me in 2007 I use it regularly. I need to purchase replacement blades but sadly they do not make this model any longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the knife. its so easy to use. i can grip the handle very easy. the knife guides so easy when you go to cut the meat. i love the case that it comes in. this way you never miss place the blades. everything fits in the case so nice. knife is made with great quailty material
