[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife does it's job. It cut my Roast beef into pieces that looked like a professional chef had prepared them. It cut with ease and very little effort. The design for the handle was just about perfect because my hand felt very comfortable. The length of the knife was also an added bonus. It wasn't so big that I had a hard time using it. It was just small enough to use with comfort. After you use it and have it cleaned up you can store it in the nice storage case that is included in the package. No more digging in the drawer for the blades and fork. This is a really nice set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a couple hours ago, and tried it out, I was pushing down with the middle of my thumb, It worked perfectly!! I sliced a little over 1/8th inch with ease,.
I like the 'grip' of the body, it has soft pads so it can be held without slipping.
Inserting the blades was easy, also. The case IS a little flimsy, but it does what it's supposed to do, keep everything together. I found the cord is easily stored when I loosely would it up and put it on top of the knife. The case had plenty of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy carving. In reality I'm using this knife once or twice a year for the holidays. It always comes out on Thanksgiving to tackle the turkey and on Christmas to hack the ham. Highly recommend if you're using it as much as I am. If you need something with a bit more heft or longevity I don't know if this is the right tool for you.

Effortless carving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a amazing electric carving knife. It cuts like butter. I love that it comes with a carving fork and the storage case is a plus. It nice to have a storage case to store this knife others I have purchased don't come with a case. This knife carves so great and makes it so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try it's got a fork to hold the meat while your carving it and it also comes with it's own carring case i received the grey one the carving knife will be so good for thanksgiving turkey and ham but its also good for carving roast beef

Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 1st I wasnt too sure if I would use this knife often but after I took it for a test run I think I'll be using it more! I used it to slice a ham and it came out so perfectly. I cant wait to use it on Thanksgiving

When we had a roast for dinner it was very convenient to be able to cut it up with the electric knife. It works very well and I was able to control the thickness of our slices. This is going to be awesome for Thanksgiving turkey Yum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried my new Oster electric knife with carving fork and storage case on a freshh loaf of bread and it worked like a dream!!! As long as you gently glide it over the fresh bread you can cut slices as thin as you want them! Have not used in carving meat yet but I know its going to work great! Highly recommend this knife!
