Handy 2nd hand buy

Got mine second hand from a flea market mall thing. Previous owner used it to cook bagels or something in it. Not me though.
I got mine SPECIFICALLY for heating questionable things up. PCB's? Yep. Things potted in resin? Yep. The muffler off of a ~20 year old weed wacker? Yep.
Needless to say, food does NOT go in it.
That said, judging by how well it's worked for me, it's a solid choice if you want a nice toaster oven in the kitchen.
Knocked a star off as I REALLY wish this thing had a 3 prong grounded plug.

Poor poor quality

Had 3 years used moderately. The door latch just broke. Seems to be a huge can of worms to replace, IF there is available part. hence why I'm at this website, and saw the chance to leave a review.
HARD PASS on this.
There are many other better options at this price point
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this toaster oven

Best one I've ever had. Bakes chicken, pizza, vegetables and rolls perfectly. Reheats any meat in loose foil wrap. Great for toast. Warms leftovers gently and thoroughly. Broils very well - good for browning top of casserole after baking. Holds many sizes of baking dishes and trays, including 11" pizza pan, 9" pie pans. Works well with glass, metal and ceramic pans. Defrosts really well. Easy to clean with crumb tray. I don't let meats spatter. I cover them loosely with foil and just remove it toward end of cooking. No mess. Use the timer. This runs so quietly you could forget it's even on - and the quiet is a blessing. Does not overheat surrounding area. Doesn't affect my corian countertop or the upper cabinets above it. What a great cooking appliance!

Especially good for summertime baking

I bought one a couple years ago and I’ve loved it. Doesn’t heat up the kitchen like the oven does, so it’s perfect for baking a 9” pizza or an apple crisp in the summer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought Two in last couple of years, will NOT last a whole year! Waste of $$$!

Bought this item 6 months ago. Used it a few times and the door window just exploded after the last time that was used. It’s a good thing I didn’t cut myself with the broken glass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
