6 slice counter top convection oven

I'm sorry to hear all the problems some people had. I've been using it for about a month and am very pleased, as my oven is a rusted ancient electric one. This bakes perfectly. Only problem is that like every other toaster oven I've had, it is impossible to keep new looking. Once it gets stained, you cannot use an abrasive cleaner, and in the process of trying to find the model number, as I would like to order another wrack, I noticed the top is filthy, but I can only use a spray cleaner (I use a vinegar mix). So my questions are: 1-how can I order an additional rack and 2-How can I clean it?

Durable, compact, and looking

Bought this a few years back. Wanted to try convection cooking. The difference between the regular toaster ovens and this was obvious. The food cooked more evenly. The oven was decently priced, looks good. Since it not electronic, instead has old school, knobs, there is not much to malfuction. The heating elements are metallic rods instead of ceramic/glass rods which tend to snap if handled roughly. For the price, this is a great product.
The only major drawback in my opinion is that there is no way to only turn on the bottom heating element. Either the top elements turns on (in Broil mode), or both top and bottom in other modes. Sometimes, you just want the food to heat from bottom. This oven does not do that.

Does so much - compact and a great value

Toasts consistently and perfectly, heats items instantly - no pre-heating and waiting for a large gas oven to become the proper temperature. So great for every day smaller or medium-sized items. Compared to similar devices, some at much higher prices - it is also a great value.
I came to the site only because there have been times when I see that the toast is done, so I want to take out the bread and turn the dial to off. There seems to be some resistance in turning it back counter-clockwise. But from a comment below I see that, that is normal and will NOT harm the mechanism. So all good and I am pleased.

Great for longer tasks, not great for toast

They really should take "toaster" out of the name. While it toasts the same way a full sized oven does, it has none of the toaster conveniences that have been around for more than 50 years. The only way simulate the automatic stop of a toaster is to set the timer, but that only works if it's set for 20 minutes or more (by which point your toast is charcoal. Other toaster ovens have much shorter timers for toasting. And there's no easy way to stop the timer once it starts other than forcing it back (how long is it going to last if I do that every day?) It's great for cooking small things for longer times, but it's a pain for the things most people think of as toaster oven tasks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brought another oster model back i bought this morning as fan didn't work, purchased this one and the fan does not work! what are the odds of two diff models bought the same day at the same store and both the fans don’t work?!? I’ve wasted too much time on Oster. i see this same issue over and over again. Perhaps Oster should take it more seriously, or hire a better quality control person or CEO.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Toaster Oven

We've had our toaster oven for over a year, and it works great. We use it for everything--French fries (baked--taste great), reheating pizza, toast, etc. Never a problem. We have just one curiosity that we can figure out--what doest the <Warm> function do--that doesn't seem to be explained anywhere in the literature.
