Nice basic camera

I bought this camera in January 2024. It has been exactly what I need to monitor my Front porch. Recently I had to reset the camera and now I can’t seem to get the notifications.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent product. It gives me a clear picture of my entrance door and porch. I absolutely love it and feel very safe now. Notifications show instantly. Thank you!

Just one thing missing...

This is the best security camera I've had so far. It stays on the window with no problems at all and I love that I don't have to worry about recharging. The panoramic view is Great and the video is crisp and clear even a night with no street lightning. Best of all, you can record footage, without the monthly fees! The only negative is, I can not change the angle.
Panasonic, please please please, give us an angled window mount accessory!! Preferably black in color so, as match the camera face.

Normal play slower snapshot also does not work

March 5,2025 The new update took away the snap picture feature and it slowed down the normal playback please tell the Company to fix these features because this is my second purchase and the first one I bought in 2021 The Home Hawk window had no issues.

More good than bad.

6 months and my only 2 issue are: 1. Night vision is terrible for seems like lots of screen interference and false alarms. 2. Adding cam to Alexa just doesn’t work.

Failed to install

Had indoor version of homehawk camera for several years and always had an extremely difficult time installing. Message is to many units are installed, we only have one. Just ordered ring indoor camera to replace homehawk camera. Used copilot AI reset procedures, all failed.
