Mis-marked battery

I have tried twice now to purchase the battery above and every time I receive the battery it is the wrong battery in the correct package. I asked the representative to have them open the package and make sure the correct battery is in the package and again the plug is off to the side and not in the middle. The number on the battery inside is different. this is very frustrating. Don't purchase this battery on line go to a battery store so you can get the correct battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery life is poor. Maybe 1 hour at the most after being fully charged. For the price, I would have expected between 2 and 3 hours of battery life.

I previously had installed a 12 cell Battery in my HP DV6266 laptop - when the original 6 cell was defective. But I went back to a 6 cell because the 12 cell design resulted in a bulge on the bottom of the laptop that was uncomfortable when I used it while it was on my lap - the 6 cell aligns perfectly with the shape of the laptop and I think I will use it a lot more when it is undocked now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second battery I have purchased in the last month. I returned the first one because it only lasted 1-1/2 hours. I plan to return this second one as well as it barely lasts 2 hours.

HP 6-cell primary battery is substandard

Poor functioning capabilities. This battery did not last at long as I was told. I was told the battery had a 5hr life. The battery lasted for only an hour and a half, when running on battery power only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The original replacement battery for my laptop was discontinued and therefore, I got the upgraded version of the 9 cell Li. Rather expensive, but worth the cost and extended battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!
