The best soundbar I've ever experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If the title doesn't say it all, then let me break it down further; The bass is powerful and rumbly. The highs are crisp and clear. The mid level frequencies give music and media the depth of audio fidelity you should expect from a high quality technology manufacturer with decades in the game of manufacturing and innovation. The sound profile built into the speaker combined with it's ability to adjust its sound projection according to the specific acoustics of the room it is in has been a game changer. The seamless integration to my Samsung Qled TV and Samsung Galaxy S phone have been a pleasure to experience and one of the greatest conveniences that can be had in this situation. The Samsung ecosystem is incredible, and I look forward to having my own "smart home" one day.

Absolutely amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this sound system ON CLEARANCE and I do have to admit... this is the best "toy" I've bought for myself and my home!!! This PEEFECT AND LOVELY sound system rattles and vibrates MY WHOLE HOUSE at a volume level of ONLY 25!! I am always turning to my windows to look/check outside because the base/sound from the subwoofer LITERALLY feels and sounds like a car with its sound system blasting, rumbling, bumping had pulled into my drive way, or is creeping by my house hahaha!!!!

Excellent if you're in the Samsung ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up, easy connectivity. Use it to watch movies, TV, Playstation. Great sound quality and surround. 4 out of 5 because bass is good but not very loud, deep, or impactful. Reviews indicate better with 990F model.

Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound when it works.after update the sound quits have to unplug sound bars for 3 to 4 minutes then it will work again for about 2 days then unplug and plug in again.called customer support got nowhere and they didn't speak good English hard to understand. Never buy another Samsung product again.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the sound occasionally dropping from your soundbar. You may first want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct port.
In addition to checking the connections of the soundbar, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware Version. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the top of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset. Please know, this will reset all settings on the soundbar back to default; any sound adjustments will need to be performed again.
Should you continue to experience audio dropouts, and are connected wirelessly, please use the included cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Using a wired connection instead of wireless often eliminates the issue entirely and improves the user experience.

the back wall mounts are not solid

Immersive sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this with my 65" Samsung S95B TV in my living room. Sound is powerful with sound coming from all directions. Can't watch a movie without it. Kids like using it for gaming also. Sounds awesome when listening to music. Can't go wrong with this sound bar.
