Only worked until auto update

Following a ten-minute operational period, the sound bar underwent an automatic update, subsequently ceasing functionality. The device exhibited persistent PRD errors, failed to power off correctly, and its HDMI ports became inoperable. A straightforward return was facilitated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing sound and easy to setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound system is paired with our OLED tv and when playing Dolby Atmos movies or programs, it really immerses you into the environment. Not only does it work great with movies and shows, it also sounds wonderful when streaming music from Spotify. The subwoofer in this set is powerful, but I’m looking forward to adding in another eventually.
The gaming mode helps reduce any sound lag, and the surround sound works similarly to my gaming headsets, so I can hear others approaching or shooting from various directions.
Setup was simple, and the HDMI eArc works seamlessly with my TV, no matter whether my inputs are connected to the TV or through the soundbar pass through. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase.

Best soundbar system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought a Sonos soundbar thinking it would be the best option, especially for the higher price. Honestly, I ended up returning it after trying the Samsung soundbar — and I’m so glad I did. The Samsung delivers way better sound clarity and bass for a much more reasonable price. It’s super easy to set up, connects seamlessly with my TV, and just feels more balanced overall. Wayyy better and definitely more economical. Highly recommend if you want great sound without overpaying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This surround system fills my small living room with more than enough sound. It's much more emersive than my previous 5.1 surround system. Paired with the S90D TV speakers via Q-Symphony, the audio leaves no gaps, nothing to be desired. I do have to unplug the TV and surround system about once per month because dialog will disappear while background noises still play. Easy fix.

Great soundbar systerm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung soundbar has changed my way of watching movies and playing video games the sound is just truly amazing.
The sound truly shines when playing video games on my ps5 it allows me to pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from in the video game and that totally makes the immersion fantastic.
In movies they create sounds that rival a cinematic experience and i have zero regrets purchasing this system.
The volume is plenty loud and the bass is great. I couldn’t ask for more!!
