This thing BANGS!

I purchased the Sonos Arc Ultra first to hear it in my space, which is a big open two story family room. It was good sound but underwhelming. So I returned it and purchased the Q990D. Maaaan, when I tell you this thing fills the room. The sound quality is superb. We hosted a NFC east championship party and everyone kept asking about the speakers. The sound was hitting from every angle in the room. Not sure why people say they need more bass. The floor was thumping. I'm very much satisfied with the Q990D. Highly recommend it. 5 stars all day, every day!

I had a Bose Lifestyle 5.1 surround system that quit working after 14 years. I decided to try this sound bar, and I have pleased with the performance after using it for 2 months. The sound bar connected to my Samsung TV seamlessly. The sound quality is amazing. Powerful bass with crystal clear dialog. I highly recommend this sound bar,

Incredible sounding soundbar

These sound much better than they should for this size. Even though my Sammy TV is a 2019 model the latest firmware update allowed Q-Symphony with this soundbar setup. I couldn't ask for more other than I'd like to be able to add an additional subwoofer please.

The sound is incredible and it mostly sets itself up. The way it integrates with Smart Things is really nice and makes it easy to select features. The dialog is crystal clear and when it's an Atmos movie it's almost magical. You can feel the sound around the room. The final thing I like is that the bass is strong yet not obnoxious or unsettling. You feel it, but it's not annoying like some sound systems are. I was on the fence on whether I should spend that much, but it turns out it's worth it's price and more. It elevates the enjoyment of my TV.

Great sound but, keeps disconnecting from the TV

The sound is impressive, it fills a room even a big room. I can't give it five stars because the sound bar continues to disconnect from the TV? I have gone online and tried updating the software. I've changed my HDMI cord to an arc HDMI cord. I have a Sony a 90 TV and have set that for the HDMI arc output. I really don't know why it keeps disconnecting and it's very frustrating.

You may first want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct HDMI ARC ports on bot the TV and soundbar.
Try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
