Hard to clean, any food/liquid that hits the surface has to be scraped off with a razor blade, takes multiple cleanings to get a streak free shine.
Heat controls useless, anything above medium low is incinerate. If you turn the knob one click, you go from no bubbles to raging boil, have burned many a meal on this poorly designed "burn top".

Looks nice and works. Still adjusting to the burners heating cycle when trying to cook. Surface does Not lend itself to stirring a metal container with one hand; must hold the container while stirring the contents. Spotless clean up requires special cleaner NOT just soap and hot water. The Warming burner is MIS-located on the front of the cooktop, thereby being in the way when trying to use the other burners at the same time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our 20-year-old coil element cooktop was not working very well. We had some exposure to the glass cooktops from vacation rentals, etc. The ease of use and dependable settings make cooking with this new one a breeze. My wife is so proud of it!
