This cooktop replaced a 28 year old unit, and has made life a lot easier. It heats up quickly,is easy to control the settings, is very versatile with 3 dual element burners, and is easy to keep clean.The fan works well for a down-draft fan.

Just bought and installed the 36-inch 5 Element Cooktop and am already enjoying using it.....love the big burner on the right as it is perfect for the dutch ovens and soup etc.! The melt factor is great also.....too much to mention about how great this cooktop is!

Very pleased with product overall! It is easy to use and easy to clean and performs great! I have only 2 small problems with it. 1. I find it difficult to "read" the numbers and writing by the knobs - have to shine a light on it to read it - I suppose I will eventually just memorize everything, but for now I like to double check to be sure I am using the correct side of the knobs (single burner or double). Only other issue is my front left burner does not always "stay" at the set temperature, I must adjust while cooking. But overall very happy

Cons: hard to "read" words near knobs

Beautiful cooktop that works perfectly! We have used it for 7 months now and have zero issues. All our guests comment how nice it is, especially with the 2 speed downdraft feature. Glad we bought it and very proud of its impeccable performance.

Worst cooktop EVER

2 burners don't work. The downdraft grate has huge chips of paint that came off. AND. The downdraft intake box is rusting Id never buy this cooktop again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are glad we have this appliance which matches our other kitchen appliances and is made here in America by Whirlpool Corporation which services what they sell. This cooktop heats quickly, the powerful downdraft exhaust fan works very well. We would like the cooktop itself to be easier to clean. Cleaning it, even daily can be a chore to do, but we are glad we can clean it well.
